Internal tools are usually the last thing to get designed, and it shows: endless tables, unexplained buttons, processes only the person who coded them understands. But it's where your team spends hours every day, so they deserve the same care as the public website.
For AIseigen I designed and built the admin dashboard, and for MOTOR-SCOPE, the analytics dashboard. The idea was the same in both: what matters is visible at a glance, and frequent tasks are one or two clicks away.
I start from the real tasks of the people who'll use it (what they check every morning, what they edit, what they approve) and design from there: lists with useful filters, forms that validate as you type, charts that answer specific questions and role-based permissions so everyone sees only what's theirs.
