Mechanics, progression and rewards that turn a repetitive task into a game. That's how Kuri x Kuri was born.
Gamification isn't sticking badges everywhere. It's finding the task your users repeat and giving it the shape of a game: a clear goal, an immediate response to what they do and a reason to come back tomorrow.
That's how Kuri x Kuri was born. Reviewing vocabulary is boring, so every game is 20 words against the clock: you see a word and type its translation before time runs out. Correct answers in a row build a combo that multiplies your points up to four times, and there are four categories, from Beginner to Bilingual, with levels and exams along the way.
In AIseigen the mechanic is subtler: to download a wallpaper you rate it first, and if you come back every day you build a streak. Each wallpaper also has a rarity, Common or Legendary. They're small rules, but they change how the product is used. I always test them with real people and fine-tune them based on what hooks them and what doesn't.
