I design in Figma, mobile first and then desktop, because the small screen is where you see what's unnecessary. Every screen is delivered in high fidelity with all its states: empty, loading, error and success. They're the ones that usually get forgotten, and the ones you notice most when they're missing.
Before writing any code, we build an interactive prototype you can try on your own phone. That's where the real questions show up: a button nobody finds, one step too many, a label that doesn't make sense. Fixing it in the prototype takes minutes; on the live site, days.
I look for an aesthetic of its own for every brand, not a template in a different color. AIseigen's dark gallery, Kuri x Kuri's warm game and MOTOR-SCOPE's comparison tool, built so data reads effortlessly, look nothing alike, and all three came out of the same process.
